At TopForSale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you can cancel your order and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (under certain conditions).
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off period):
If you are within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day after you receive your order. During this period, you can cancel your order without providing any reason and request a full refund.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return within the withdrawal period, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
With tags and in the original packaging
With receipt or proof of purchase
If the product has been used or damaged (outside of our return conditions), we may refuse a refund.

Note: Items returned without prior return approval may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via the Contact Page. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items:
According to EU legislation, the following items are excluded from returns:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Products that have been opened or used (for health and hygiene reasons)

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
